Rescue Heroes: Help Anastasia Save and Shelter Disabled Dogs
Donation protected
Anastasia Tikhaya is my hero. At just 20 years old, she has shown extraordinary courage and compassion by putting the lives of animals ahead of her own. As she humbly says, "We are too busy to be scared or think we are heroes in any way."
In March, under the threat of Russian fire, Anastasia rescued 19 disabled dogs from the Irpyn pet shelter, bringing them to safety. Fortunately, her house in Irpyn was one of the few left standing, and now, with Ukrainians back in control of the territory, Anastasia and her husband have dedicated themselves to helping animals in need.
Every day, they find animals—some lost, others tragically left behind when their owners were killed. Anastasia and her husband are working tirelessly to maintain their home and host as many animals as possible. Many of the rescued dogs have already found loving homes abroad in Germany and Poland. However, some remain under Anastasia’s care, requiring medical attention, food, treatment, and love.
To expand their efforts, Anastasia and her husband are building more aviaries on their property to accommodate more animals. One immediate need is a separate space for a dog and her four puppies to ensure their safety and well-being.
Anastasia is a beacon of hope and humanity, a truly inspiring and selfless individual. But she cannot do this alone. We need your help to support her incredible mission.
Please join me in raising funds to provide the resources Anastasia needs to continue rescuing and caring for these animals. I am in direct contact with her and have successfully tested transferring funds via PayPal. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.
Thank you for helping Anastasia give these animals a second chance at life!
