Against all odds, I'm still here, and now more than ever, I need your help.

Seven years ago, I was given just 4-8 months to live.

But thanks to the incredible support of my friend Tiffany McDonald-Heimer who set up the first GoFundMe and generous friends and family who contributed money, meals, and lots of prayer, I have far outlived the original prognosis.

I’m still here, fighting every day to live a life that makes a difference to my family and others who are managing cancer diagnoses.

Your support during the last GoFundMe campaign seven years ago allowed me to receive life-saving conventional, complementary, and alternative treatments that kept me thriving far beyond what my doctors expected. My family and I are immeasurably grateful.

Why I Need Your Help

Recently, my latest scans and blood work have shown new cancerous growths around the bladder, cervix, colon, and pelvis, and malignant fluid in the abdomen, in addition to the tumors on the chest.

This past month, the pain, discomfort, and anxiety have become significantly challenging to manage, and the risk of blocked organs or internal bleeding make my need for effective treatments urgent.

I’m reaching out for your support again as I continue this healing journey.

I am blessed to have an integrative clinic near my home that, along with my conventional oncologists, offers solidly researched cancer treatments that significantly boost my chances of getting well.

However, the out-of-pocket costs for the vital first 8 weeks of treatments is $24,880.

Giving my body at least 8 weeks of treatments will allow my doctors and I to see if these new treatments are working, and hopefully getting me out of this "danger zone".

Without these treatments, my chances of long-term survival drop dramatically, but with your support, I have a fighting chance to continue being a living testimony to what is possible.

Of course, my family comes first, and it is my pride and joy to support my daughter and husband in building a home full of love and excellence.
