Support Ana's Family After Work Truck Theft

Hi my name is Ana, I am a Pre-Med college student and I made this fundraiser for my mom. In July my mom’s work truck was stolen. My parents made a police report for the stolen vehicle and it wasn’t until a week later that the car was found in down town L.A, completely trashed with many parts being stolen.

Because of all the damages, the repairs cost more than the truck is worth. My mom has resorted to using our family car, which has no air conditioning, and with the heat levels rising, it is dangerous for her to be working in this heat, but she continues to use it despite the risks, so that she can continue working. The family car is significantly smaller than her work van, which makes it difficult for her to be able to take her full work load, which decreases her income.

My mom is the sole provider for my family. My dad was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and although he survived, he was unable to return to work due to the extended neuronal damages he had.

My mom works 7 days a week to provide for our family, so that my brother and I can focus on attending college and completing our degree. Although I do work part time, both us combined cannot afford to buy a new car.

Any and all funds will be used towards getting my mom a new and safer vehicle to work in. Any help is greatly and deeply appreciated
