Analise Nicole Jackson, my wife, has been bravely battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer for the past three years. Throughout this journey, she has undergone numerous treatments, always facing each new challenge with strength and hope. Unfortunately, her most recent PET scan on January 28th revealed that the cancer has progressed. Starting February 9th, Analise will begin a new weekly chemotherapy regimen, along with targeted radiation to certain areas of her body. These treatments are incredibly tough on her, both physically and emotionally, but she continues to fight for herself and for our family every single day.
Update*
The Brain MRI shows 13 tumors in her brain. She will now start radiation on her brain and her hip for two weeks starting February 16th to get these areas under control for the chemotherapy.
Update: as of 2 march. Analise has completed radiation and started chemotherapy.
Alongside these intensive treatments, there are additional procedures and therapies that can help support Analise’s body and spirit during this difficult time. Sadly, many of these are not covered by insurance, adding a significant financial burden to an already overwhelming situation. Any support we receive will go directly toward medical expenses, treatments, and therapies that are essential for Analise’s care and comfort.
