Please help my dear cousin Anahí in Lima, Perú fight her battle against kidney failure. Message from her:

Friends, family and to all who can read these words:

I recently received news that changed my life... I was diagnosed with end-stage chronic kidney failure. Since then every day is a battle, because I need constant treatment to be able to move forward.

We have done everything possible, spending our savings on consultations, medications and exams, but today we no longer have a way to cover the costs that continue to come. The disease is advancing and I can't fight it alone. I'm already doing the paperwork to continue my treatment with help from social security/government insurance in Perú, but we know that takes time. The goal is a transplant!

That is why I turn to you, with all the humility of my heart, to ask for your support. Every grain of sand counts, every contribution, every word of encouragement, every time you share this message, it brings me a little closer to the hope of moving forward.
