I am very sad to announce that my wonderful mom, Ana Gloria Hernandez, passed away today. Those of you that knew her knew how wonderful she was. Our house always had an open door because of her. Family and friends always gathered at our home because she loved being around people.

She came into the US around 40 years ago with my dad to look for a better life. She faced so many struggles but never lost hope and never stopped smiling through everything she went through. More than that, she helped everyone she could. I myself have people around me that I consider siblings because my mom cared for them and they, in turn, cared for her.

This death was sudden and unexpected. I am reaching out to you because I need help to make sure that she receives a proper burial and memorial.
