Support Ana Chavez's Family After Tragic Loss

This Gofundme is being set up in Loving memory of Ana Chavez by her co-workers who had become close friends. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, friend, and nurse. She was just 40 years old when she was taken from this world.

On Wednesday morning January 22, 2025, our dear friend Ana was killed in a car accident. She leaves behind her teenage daughter, mother, siblings, family, friends, and work family.

Ana was a single mother who moved to the Fresno area to begin her journey as a Home Health nurse with Community Home Care. She quickly became a friend to all. She was a very loving and compassionate nurse who provided her patients with amazing care in some of the most rural areas due to the patients not being able to easily travel to seek medical attention. Unfortunately, her tragic accident happened while she was on her way to a patient's home.

Ana's presence was uplifting- her smile and laugh infectious. Even though she was only with our home health family for a short time she was dearly loved by us all, and will forever be missed.
