On July 2nd, 2025, tragedy struck the family of a dedicated Arizona law enforcement officer and father. While spending time with visiting family, his 15-year-old son suffered a devastating drowning accident.

He was airlifted to Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where he remains in critical condition, fighting for his life.

Due to the sensitive nature of his law enforcement role, the family has asked to remain anonymous publicly. Those who know them personally can confirm this fundraiser is legitimate and all proceeds will go directly to the family’s expenses.

This unimaginable situation has placed an overwhelming financial burden on the family—medical expenses, time away from work, travel, and the uncertainty of ongoing care and rehabilitation.

**UPDATE**

On July 5th just before 6pm, The 15-year-old son has been removed from the ventilator as he’s starting to breathe on his own. He is showing promising improvements and has even been able to say a few words. This is wonderful news, and we are hopeful that his recovery will continue to gain strength in the coming days.
