Support Amy's Journey to Create Lasting Memories

Hello, my name is Amy. Today, I reach out with a personal request born from a life-changing situation. I've been diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease and a blood disorder known as Osler-Weber-Rendu, leading to end-stage renal failure. My medical team has informed me that I have about two years left to live, and unfortunately, I am not a candidate for a kidney transplant. Despite these challenges, I have dreams I am determined to fulfill.

My goal is to complete a bucket list, which includes travel to visit family in Arizona and Washington state. Also, to go to my hometown in New Jersey where I grew up and to see the Atlantic one last time. These are experiences I’ve always dreamed of that would bring joy and create lasting memories in the time I have remaining.

I am aiming to raise $2,500, which will cover the costs associated with these dreams, such as travel expenses, activity fees, and accommodations for myself and my daughter as my caretaker. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to making these dreams a reality.
