Amy Thearmert is a devoted mother, friend, sister, and daughter who has always been there for others in times of need. Many of you know Amy from banking with her at First Republic Bank in San Rafael, where her kindness and dedication have touched countless lives. Amy kept refusing to do this, even though she truly needs the help, and finally let me post this on her behalf. Just a month ago, Amy received the life-changing diagnosis of breast cancer. She is now facing surgery and will soon begin radiation treatment. The news has come quickly, and Amy is preparing for a challenging road ahead, both physically and emotionally.

While Amy’s strength and positivity inspire everyone around her, the financial impact of her diagnosis is significant. Not all of her medical expenses are covered by insurance, and she is also experiencing a loss of income during this time. Amy will need help subsidizing the cost of her surgery, medications, and radiation treatment.
