We’re coming together to support our dear friend Amy Middlekauff, who recently suffered a serious leg injury and had to undergo major surgery. This surgery will require significant medical expenses, and she has been in and out of the hospital for the past few weeks. Because her work is in person, this injury and surgery have kept Amy from working, and she will be out for a while as she heals, which adds real financial strain on top of the medical costs.

Amy is one of the most loving and caring people we know. She always shows up for others. Now it’s our turn to show up for her.

We’re raising funds to help cover her medical bills and support her with meals and day-to-day needs while she recovers. In the weeks ahead, Amy will need to rest and heal, and she will be mostly bedridden during this time. Your support will help reduce the stress of expenses so she can focus on recovery.

One more note. Amy does not know we are doing this yet. She would probably try to talk us out of it, so we are keeping it low-key for now.
