Hello, My name is Bonnie (Lampe) Blackwell and I am fundraising for my dear friend Amy Keene. She has been a friend of mine since we were teenagers on Fort George Island and Heckscher drive (way back when).

As time went on, we lost contact, but recently life has brought us back together again. Many of you may or may not know, but Amy has been struggling with her health for quite some time and now desperately needs our help. She's never been one to ask, so I decided (with her permission) to do the asking for her. She has been in the ICU for over 2 months and has recently received a liver transplant as of this week (May 21st). Though she is feeling better already, you can imagine the bills are beginning to stack up. She will be in the direct care of her transplant team for the entire year, and could use additional funds for medical bills, medications and her current living expenses.

As the organizer, I plan on keeping track of the funds as she is too weak to do so and her mom Carolyn is very busy caretaking for Amy.
