Support Amy Hastie's Memorial

My name is Stacy, I am Amy Hastie's little sister. As some of you may know, Amy passed away on the evening of July 3rd in a tragic accident.

Thursday, July 3rd, 2025 started as a normal day for my sister. Breakfast, getting her 4-year-old ready for the day, and making plans to go to the river with friends. After spending the afternoon on the river enjoying the company of some of her closest friends, tragedy struck. While they were intertubing in the fast-moving waters on the Willamette River, Amy got separated from the group and ultimately was submerged in the river's current.

Despite all best efforts, Amy ultimately succumbed to her injuries around 6:30 pm Thursday evening.

My mother and I are asking for support and prayers in this time of need as we were not expecting or prepared for this. Any funds raised will be put towards Amy's cremation and memorial service, as well as helping relocate her daughter and their belongings from Eugene to Klamath Falls.

For now, thank you for your love and support during this horrible time. As things progress and we know more, we will be willing to make updates and try to set a date for services.
