Hi, my name is Kelly, and I’m raising funds to cover the near future funeral and memorial expenses for my beloved mother, Amy Clark.

My mom is a devoted mother, wife, sister and grandmother. She always put others before herself and touched the lives of everyone she met. Unfortunately, her terminal cancer diagnosis was unexpected and fast progressing, and we were not financially prepared for the medical and funeral costs. My mom is currently on hospice. 

The funds raised will go toward:

• Funeral service and burial/cremation expenses

• Transportation and memorial arrangements

• Any outstanding medical or end-of-life costs
