On September 11, our beloved Lilly was taken to Southern Utah Animal Hospital for what should have been a routine allergy shot. Instead, due to pure negligence, she was given a euthanasia injection intended for another animal while Cody watched helplessly. The veterinarian failed to verify Lilly's identity or confirm the purpose of her visit before administering the fatal medication.

We are raising funds primarily to help cover attorney fees so we can pursue legal accountability, seek justice for Lilly, and help prevent another family from experiencing a tragedy like this.

Since Lilly's death, a credible source made us aware of other allegations involving animals that reportedly died following care at this clinic. While we cannot independently verify those accounts, we believe they warrant a thorough and formal investigation.

The emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming. Cody is suffering from PTSD after witnessing Lilly's death firsthand. Both of us have experienced severe emotional distress and mental health struggles as we try to process this traumatic loss. We need professional counseling and therapy to begin healing.

We have also had to take time away from work because we are not currently in a condition to return. Just weeks before Lilly was killed, we lost our 16-year-old dog, Remi, and had already used all of our available vacation time while caring for and grieving that loss. As a result, our current leave is unpaid, and we need help covering everyday living expenses while we focus on recovery.

This veterinarian's negligence has left our family facing unimaginable grief, trauma, financial hardship, and a difficult fight for accountability. We are heartbroken and struggling to rebuild our lives after losing two beloved family members in such a short period of time.
