Amos Ferrier, our beloved Internship Director and a decorated Army Medic who served two tours in Afghanistan, was a bright light to everyone he met. On Friday, May 15, Amos was violently thrown from a moving vehicle at high speed during an incident at Rick's Coffee Bar. He sustained a major head injury and, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, passed away on Sunday, May 17. Amos was known for his infectious laugh, big smile, and the warmth he brought to every room. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him.
Amos leaves behind two sons, Liam and Elliot. We are raising funds to support Liam and Elliot's education and help provide them with the opportunities their father worked so hard to secure for them.
Please consider supporting this fundraiser to honor Amos' legacy and give Liam and Elliot the chance for a bright and successful future, even in the face of such a heartbreaking loss.
