Help with Housing & Medical Expenses

My wife Aminah was diagnosed with Stage 2b Triple Negative Breast Cancer March 21,2023. Since being diagnosed my family and i have been experiencing many hardships for starters she was laid off from her job due to multiple hospitalization and complications from chemotherapy treatments.

Aminah has completed 8 out of 16 rounds of chemotherapy so far and with each round things get more difficult for her she now suffers from arthritis, heart problems and serve neuropathy. However, in typical Beans fashion, she has remained positive and focused on completing her treatment plan.

When I first asked Aminah about fundraising, she immediately said "No - I don't want to ask for money, I feel bad. It is not their responsibility".... This is emblematic of who she is - always thinking of others, and asking for nothing in return. She prioritizes her family and friends daily with no exceptions. Her infectious laugh and unwavering kindness throughout the most challenging journey of her life, is a testament to the kind of human she is and the best life partner I could ask for.

You never think something like this will happen to someone close to you - and then the unexpected hits. It is a life-changing journey for Aminah and our family. It has been physically and emotionally devastating, as well as a financial burden.

My family needs a place of our own some place we can call home during this difficult time. While we have found a home to call our own we are in desperate need of upfront move in cost and expenses.

I am trying to do everything I can for my family, and to help my wife beat cancer, take care of our children and still be the breadwinner for our family. While my children consider me superman i know i can not do it all on my own.

Aminah’s full time job right now is to fight. We are hoping that you will share in this fundraising effort in order to alleviate some of the financial burden that we are experiencing.
