Support Ameyah's College Dream After Loss

Hi, I’m Rosemary. This fundraiser is for my niece Ameyah. Here’s her story:

Title: Help Ameyah Maxie Finish College in Mom's Memory: Journalism Degree Fund

Meet Ameyah, a resilient and determined junior pursuing a Journalism degree at the University of Missouri (MIZZOU) in Columbia, Missouri. Ameyah’s story inspires hope: She has already completed two years of college at Florissant Valley Community College while working part-time. Her aunt (Rosemary) has been following and supporting her dreams. Most remarkably, Ameyah perseveres despite losing her mother in 2022. She is driven to graduate and secure a stable future in her mom's (Alisha) memory. As Ameyah transfers to MIZZOU, she faces unexpected off-campus housing costs.

Your donation will help her:
1. Secure a safe apartment near campus and focus on her Journalism studies and career aspirations.
2. Take care of herself financially after each semester ends and graduate in remembrance of her mom's (Alisha) legacy.

Ameyah's current job will transfer her to the Columbia, Mo. location.
She will also participate in the work-study program at MIZZOU.

Ameyah works part-time to contribute to her expenses but needs your help to bridge the gap. Will you consider donating to support?
