200 Miles. One Purpose. The Search for Silence.
I’m Dr. Phil Cromer, a psychologist and endurance runner, and I’m taking on a 200-mile journey called The Search for Silence.
This run is about more than distance. It’s about understanding what it means to live with constant noise—and raising awareness for those who experience tinnitus every day.
Tinnitus isn’t just a sound. For many, it’s a relentless presence that affects sleep, focus, and peace of mind. Through this run, I want to bring attention to that experience and help move us closer to real solutions.
I’m raising funds for the American Tinnitus Association, whose work is critical in advancing research, education, and support for those affected.
If this resonates with you, I’d be grateful for your support.
The American Tinnitus Association is dedicated to promoting relief, prevention, and ultimately finding cures for tinnitus—a condition that affects millions and can severely impact quality of life.
Your donations will help support:
• Research initiatives aimed at understanding tinnitus and developing effective treatments
• Resources and support for individuals affected by tinnitus, fostering a community of hope and healing
Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to a world where tinnitus is manageable—and one day, curable. Thank you for being part of this mission.
200 miles. One purpose. The search for silence.
