Support American Liberty

I am a middle school history teacher whose curriculum includes citizenship, patriotism and the contributions of groups and individuals. In my classroom, I encourage analytical thinking and intellectual debate in which students can advocate for their beliefs by examining other perspectives and the greater community. It is important to teach students about liberty, sacrifice, patriotism and freedom, even if they disagree with American principles and values.

After class discussions on why some people do not stand for the Pledge of Allegiance, students created a social media post to get me fired. The post made several untrue accusations. My job is in jeopardy.

Please help with my legal expenses because I cannot take on the school district on my own.
