Support Amelia Montoya's Final Journey

Hi there, my name is Darrell Wallen. I am the 5th born out of 6 children my mother, Amelia Montoya, gave birth to and raised pretty much on her own. She was one tough cookie and didn't take crap from nobody! She was working as a nurse at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA, for most of her life.

In the mid-eighties, she packed us (my youngest sister and myself) up and we moved to Phoenix, AZ, where she worked as a nurse for different nursing agencies. Then, when she retired, she moved back to Washington State. Well, she got bored and started working for her favorite NFL team, the "Seattle Seahawks"!!

She was traveling on a charter bus from Seattle to Spokane on Sunday, 02/09/2025, when tragedy struck, taking the lives of her and 3 others.

I am trying to raise enough money for her funeral and memorial services!

May is the celebration of life our family is having for her. Anything will help and I appreciate anyone and everyone's help and support through this totally difficult time that my family is dealing with!!
