I bet most of you know me, but if you don’t yet know me, my name is Ameiya!

If you’re reading this, it’s because I am beyond excited to share that I have been accepted into a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! It’s a one-month summer study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain! As I know you guys can imagine, being a part of this community makes me no stranger to being left out of incredible opportunities like this one.

This is my chance to spread my wings, immerse myself in the culture, represent my community meaningfully, and test my Spanish language skills!

I’m a sophomore in high school, and this program is a dream come true! It will give me the chance to grow academically, personally, and culturally.

However, I know the saying about it taking a village! My mom always puts her all into making things happen for me and my siblings. Even as the super single mom that she is! We need your support to make this life-changing experience possible for this one.

Your contributions toward my trip will help cover tuition, travel, and living expenses. I ask for not a cent more. I am incredibly grateful for any help you can provide, and your support will not only help me take a huge step forward in my education but also inspire me to continue pursuing my passion for languages and cultures.
