Hi friends,

I’m starting this fundraiser for my best friend Amber, who is finally getting “explant” surgery after years of pain, discomfort, and confusing health issues that have taken a real toll on her life. Watching her struggle and slowly connect the dots to Breast Implant Illness has been heartbreaking—and I’m beyond relieved she’s finally on the path to healing.

Thanks to a generous family friend, Amber was finally able to schedule surgery, but just days later, she lost her full-time remote job of over 6 years due to an unexpected company sale.

She’s been hustling to line up gigs and freelance work while also preparing for surgery, but the timing couldn’t be tougher—she’ll need at least two weeks off screen work and a couple months to fully recover. While her sweet hubs is doing everything he can financially, they lost half their household income a month and a half ago. That’s real rough.
