This past Saturday night, the unthinkable happened. Our home suffered a lithium battery fire. My mom Sylvia (who is currently in treatment for stage 2 breast cancer), stepdad Eduardo, Penelope my 19 month old daughter and I were left with just the clothes on our backs as the toxins make everything unrecoverable.

Though we do have insurance, the process is long and will take some

time. For now, we are needing a little help replacing clothes and hygiene products.
