A Beloved Wife, Mother, Friend, and Teacher Needs Our Help

Amber Young is an incredible woman who has touched many lives as a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished friend, and passionate teacher. On Memorial Day weekend, Amber's life took an unexpected turn. She was admitted to the hospital due to facial numbness, leading to a multi-night stay in two hospitals and ultimately requiring brain surgery. Regrettably, we have discovered that Amber has two brain lesions affecting her vision and motor functions.

Despite undergoing days of countless procedures and tests, Amber was sent home to wait for further results. After a few weeks at home, her symptoms worsened, and she was admitted to Tampa General Hospital on June 20th. Unfortunately, no final diagnosis has been made yet. Amber continues to undergo various tests and is currently in the midst of a ten-day plasma transfer. We all hope that this transfer will bring the answers and relief she desperately needs.

Amber's Family and Passion

Amber lives with her husband Mike and their two beautiful daughters, Ava (12) and Savannah (10). Her family is her world, and she is their rock. Amber is also a dedicated aerial teacher and student, sharing her passion and expertise with many in her community.
