Support Amber Brasier after a bleeding stroke.

On April 15, 2021 our dear friend, Amber Brasier, became unexpectedly and severely ill. Suspecting a stroke, the paramedics rushed her to the ER in Tulsa where doctors immediately drilled a hole in her head to relieve pressure. We feel very grateful they acted so quickly, as she ended up having a ruptured blood vessel and bleeding in her brain along with a stroke. She was in the ICU for 13 days where she underwent many additional tests and procedures and was monitored very closely for more problems. Doctors advised us that she was very lucky to be recovering well. In fact, they let us know that many patients with her same condition had a much more grim outcome. To our delight, she was able to be discharged from the hospital on April 29. She is still having severe headaches and has a lot of healing to do. So far, she has been off work for 3 weeks, and she has long recovery at home ahead of her!

Amber works in an industry that provides people with jobs and anyone who knows Amber, knows that she puts her whole heart into her work! Not being medically able to work during this time is mentally and emotionally taxing for her. We want to help relieve the stress and anxiety of being out of work as much as we can for her. We have set up this Go Fund Me to help assist her with bills and medical expenses that she has accrued since being off work and in the hospital.
