Update 9/16/24:

It is with a heavy heart that I share that Kai joined his twin brother Aiden in Heaven on Saturday, September 14th. We thank God for the 69 days he was here with his loving family on Earth, and for the comfort of knowing that he is now healthy and at peace with his Creator.

Towards the end of her freshman year at Claflin University studying Early Childhood Education, Amber received the surprise blessing that she was expecting twin boys due in November. After completing the school year, she returned to her job as a daycare teacher in Manning, SC where she is beloved by all. In late July, Amber's water broke while she was at daycare. She was rushed to the hospital where she delivered two beautiful boys, Aiden and Kai, at only 23 weeks. Aiden is now a precious angel in Heaven, and miracle baby Kai is proving to be a strong NICU warrior at Prisma in Columbia, SC.

Anyone who has ever experienced a medical emergency knows how quickly expenses mount up. Between Aiden's funeral expenses, hospital bills, back-and-forth transportation, food, and baby items months earlier than expected, any amount you wish to donate to this precious young family will be extremely helpful.
