Support Amber and Kids After Sheraz's Passing

In Loving Memory of Sheraz Hussain (June 30, 1978 – May 27, 2025)

Assalam u Alaikum Dear Community,

As most of you are aware of the passing of our beloved community member Sheraz Hussain, a devoted husband and a loving father, who returned to his Creator on May 27, 2025, after an 8-month battle with sarcoma cancer.

Brother Sheraz leaves behind his wife, Amber, and their two precious children, ages 7 and 5. Their family now faces a huge adjustment - a life without a compassionate husband and humble father—emotionally shattered and financially vulnerable.

In early 2023, the Hussain family transitioned from Los Angeles to Irving, Texas, in search of a better Islamic education and lifestyle for their children. The parents wished to raise their family in a strong faith-based Muslim community.

While undergoing intense treatment, Brother Sheraz continued to work remotely for reduced pay to keep his family afloat. Unfortunately, the cost of treatment, medications, and travel quickly exhausted their savings. Since they don't have immediate family around in Texas— this hardship took a toll on the family.

Sister Amber has been a full-time homemaker since her marriage and now faces the overwhelming task of caring for two young children without a steady source of income.

We are humbly asking for your monetary support to help Amber and her children in following areas:

- Cover essential living expenses for the next six months

- Raise enough to help the family with a down payment for a modest home, to provide long-term stability and shelter for these young children.
