Help Me Finish Nursing School & Start My Career

Hi everyone,

My name is Amaya, and I’m so close to achieving my dream of becoming a nurse this year. I’ve worked incredibly hard to get through nursing school, balancing long days, clinicals, and working two jobs—sometimes up to 24 hours straight—just to keep going.

Right now, I’ve hit a major obstacle. I have an outstanding school balance of over $12,000, and until it’s paid, my school will not release my transcripts or recommend me to the Board of Nursing. That means I can’t take the next step to become licensed, even though I’ve put in all the work to get here.

I’m exhausted, but I’m not giving up.
