We hope this letter finds you and your loved ones in good health. We are the family of Baby Amari Mae Gogue, and we are reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your help.

Our sweet Baby Amari has been diagnosed with a serious heart condition. She urgently needs surgery to close her Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)—a procedure that is critical to her health and well-being. Sadly, our insurance does not cover our flights or hotel stay. We were unable to get into Amari's previous GoFundMe due to multiple changes of our phone number.

As you can imagine, the costs are overwhelming. Between the medical bills, travel, lodging, medications, and ongoing care, we’re facing a financial burden that we simply cannot manage on our own. This is why we are organizing a medical fundraiser—to give Baby Amari the best chance at a healthy life.

Our goal is to raise sufficient funds to cover everything from the surgery itself to flights, hotel stays, and rehabilitation. Insurance will cover 80% of her procedure after an $800 deductible is met. They will not be helping with lodging expenses. Every donation—no matter the amount—brings us one step closer to getting Amari the care she urgently needs.
