Hey all! I have an opportunity for you all! Our very own Amanda Maring will be hitting the road (air) to Ensenada, Mexico, in June for her first-ever Mission Trip! She is one of 30 going with the Cleveland Worship Center. On their agenda: build 2 homes for people who have never had a home, a bed, or any common comforts. Amanda is a treasure here. I had to convince her to let me do this, but I would very much like to take up a collection for her. The cost of the trip, the food away from home, the plane fare, and the loss of June's work here are a steep sacrifice for Amanda, and she is so excited! When I asked her why in the world she wanted to do this, she said, “I have never been on a mission trip. I want to see how the rest of the world lives. We are a blessed country, and I want to help!” Soooooo, here’s YOUR opportunity! I have set up a GoFundMe to support Amanda in this endeavor. I don’t know about you, but I do NOT want to go to Mexico and build a house. I want to go to the beach, eat grapes, and go fishing, BUT I would love to send Amanda!
