Amanda is the heart of our family—kind, selfless, loyal, brave, smart, and strong. She is a mom to many, whether biological or not, and one of the most loyal friends you could ever be blessed with. I’ve spent my life watching her feed and house so many people without hesitation, always ready to fight battles for others, even when they weren’t her own. Now, Amanda needs help fighting her own battle.

Recently, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and our world changed overnight. Despite the shock and fear that comes with a cancer diagnosis, Amanda continues to show incredible strength and resilience. She faces each day with courage. Amanda is also a Navy veteran who has served her country and her community with unwavering dedication. She is a giver and a lover, and now she could use some love and support in return.

This journey has been extremely tough on all of us. Watching Amanda try to keep it together while her world feels like it’s falling apart has been painful, but her unwavering resilience inspires us everyday. Our family is doing everything we can to support her, but the financial burden is overwhelming. The costs of surgeries and medical bills are adding up quickly, and the estimated costs of further treatment is overwhelming. We want to make sure my mom can focus on healing without the added stress of these expenses.

We know God has the final say as He is the author of all our lives, but I come to you to humbly ask for help I never thought I’d have to.
