Support Amanda Huntley in Her Battle with Cancer

Our dear friend Amanda Huntley was admitted to Crouse Hospital on Wednesday, May 14, 2025. She has not been feeling well for a few weeks and was thinking it might be the flu. After bloodwork, Scans, MRIs… the worst news possibly was discovered. She has poorly differentiated Adenocarcinoma Cancer in her liver & stomach lining and her kidney functioning is rapidly deteriorating. It is stage 4 and the prognosis is very poor. Her doctors have said surgery is not an option and chemo treatments will most likely cause her more discomfort, with little chance of extending her life. They of course cannot give a definitive answer, however in their professional opinion, her prognosis is anywhere from days /weeks- 6 months.

We (a group of Amanda’s close friends) are all working together to help Amanda in any way we can while praying for a miracle. We are starting this GoFundMe Page so we can help Amanda with her financial needs. Any amount that you can donate will be greatly appreciated. Amanda is always the one who is there for everybody; she dog sits for friends, she offers to be a DD whenever her friends need one and she has a heart of gold making her one of the truest friend any could want.

**Our dear friend Amanda passed yesterday afternoon, (Tuesday May 27) she was surrounded by love from friends and family. It still seems unreal to all of us. Thank you to everyone who donated, visited, sent cards, flowers, prayed & loved Amanda. Arrangements will be made soon and an update will be posted.
