Hello, my name is Jan and I'm starting this fundraiser for my very good friend, AMANDA GRAY. Amanda's an amazing single, divorced mom of 4 kids, ages 26, 17, 11 and 9. When she was younger she developed meningitis from her city's water; it rendered her completely deaf.

This past month she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Metastatic Adenocarcinoma after a mass in her colon was removed. 12 lymph nodes were removed and were ok but 4 are cancerous.

Amanda will begin chemo soon and is inundated with medical bills - she does work full time, but has terrible insurance. She also needs her hearing aid repaired, car repairs and the expenses that come with children and every day necessities.

Amanda is the type of person who helps everyone without question. She has no family in the State. And now, she needs help.
