Support Amanda Benavidez as she fights Stage 3 Breast Cancer

We need your support.

In the middle of May 2024, Amanda Benavidez found a lump on her left breast and went to see her doctor. She went to an oncologist who performed a CT scan and ultrasound that showed a large mass.

A biopsy confirmed that Amanda has cancer, and after further testing, on June 5, 2024, the oncologist confirmed that Amanda has stage 3 cancer.

Amanda is a wonderful person, and she is kind and loving to everyone she knows. She has always been a hard worker. She is a wonderful mother raising two girls under 5 and one with special needs. Unfortunately, she has only been working for five months at her new job, so she doesn’t have much paid leave accumulated. She does not qualify for Family Medical Leave. While her insurance covers some costs, she is facing an insurmountable financial challenge, and we are hoping to use these funds to cover the medical expenses as long as possible till she can get back on her feet.

On Tuesday, June 18, she starts four months of chemo treatments, a total of 8 rounds. Amanda has loving parents, siblings, a husband, and aunts and uncles who will be by her side every step of the way. We would appreciate any donation if you can help financially.
