Our sweet friend Amanda Hayes has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. In just a short time, her world has completely changed. On March 12th, she will undergo a bilateral mastectomy as the first step in her fight.

If you know Amanda, you know her heart. She is one of the kindest, most loving people you will ever meet. She shows up for everyone — always offering support, encouragement, and love without hesitation. Now it’s our turn to show up for her. Amanda is a devoted single mom to her two incredible boys, Greyson, age 10, and Gavin, age 3. Many of you know Greyson from the soccer field or from his school — from late evening practices to weekend games and tournaments, to field trips and school events, Amanda has always been there cheering him on alongside our soccer family and in all aspects of her kids’ lives. Our team parents and friends know how much she pours into her boys and our community.

As Amanda prepares for surgery and treatment, she will be facing not only the physical and emotional toll of cancer, but also the financial strain that comes with it.
