Support Amanda and Hunter's Hospital Journey

I am helping one of my best friends, Amanda, raise money to help with expenses due to her son Hunter being in the hospital. He was medevacked to John's Hopkins Hospital last Thursday evening and was rushed into emergency surgery. He spent the next several days in the ICU with Amanda by his side once he was finally in recovery. They are planning another surgery this week. Hunter will have a long road to recovery. Amanda and I met almost 18 years ago when she became my daughter's daycare provider. She is great at what she does, and I highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, her stay in the hospital has caused her to lose most of her daycare kids. This was Amanda's main source of income as she is currently in the midst of a divorce. In addition to that, she lives on the Eastern Shore and is traveling back and forth, paying for food, tolls, parking and gas not to mention the medical bills this will incur.
