Hello, my name is Cianna, I really don't like to ask for help or handouts, but at this point, this is my last resort. As many of you know, the excitement of welcoming a new baby can also come with complications. One day, as I went to my normal 27-week check-up, I was told I had to be sent to the hospital to have an emergency surgery to deliver my sweet baby girl, Amaia Rose, 2.5 months early due to complications from preeclampsia. Due to these complications I was admitted into the hospital where I stayed for 15 days and her being born so early, she was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where she stayed for 67 days.

During that time, and still currently, I've had to take an unpaid leave of absence from work, leaving her father as the only one working to provide for our family. I took that time not only to recover myself after the surgery but also to be on call for any issues or calls from the hospital to visit my baby in the NICU. After many surgeries/procedures Amaia had gone through and the sleepless nights her father and I both endured, on Mother's Day 2025, we got the best gift ever and were told she would be able to come home!! She has now been home since May 11th! She is being evaluated and monitored to see if she will need any physical therapy or any other needs to help her continue to thrive and develop.

However, since then, we have received many hospital bills from the NICU stay Amaia had endured. Her medical insurance was able to cover most of everything she needed, but there are some UNEXPECTED costs and bills that the insurance did not cover. I am asking for any donations to help towards paying off some of these unexpected medical costs. I know times are hard for everyone at this time, but any help you can offer would be so greatly appreciated.
