We are Todd & Loriel Myslewiec organizing this fundraiser to help our daughter with her dream opportunity before heading on to a busy college life next year to study medicine. Please read on for her message: “Hello my name is Alyx Myslewiec !! I am currently a senior at Plainfield East High School and on the varsity cheer team ! I have dedicated so much time and hard work into this sport and team over the last 4 years and I’ve been given a lifetime opportunity. Over the summer, I attended our annual Ultimate Xperience Cheer camp where we work alongside many talented teams around the state and instructors from all around America. I am very proud to announce that at the end of this camp, I was rewarded and received the prestigious “Ultimate Athlete Award” that offered a chance to cheer in Rome’s New Year’s Day Parade. Getting to do what I love during my last year at such a beautiful country is something so special and rewarding to me. I’m so very grateful. Unfortunately, I have to cover the cost of the trip to go perform in Rome. Therefore, I have created this go fund me to raise any penny that I can to make this lifetime opportunity possible. It’s with your help and support that this can come true. Alongside this I am also working long hours at my local restaurant job to save up for this trip too even while being a student athlete.
