Hi! I’m Alyssa, also known as “small yet fearlyss.”
Boxing has been a life-changing force for me since 2019. It came into my life when I least expected it, but at exactly the right time. Boxing didn’t just make me stronger physically—it awakened an inner strength I didn’t know I had. For so long, I was defined by my small size, but boxing taught me that I am small… yet fearless, yet powerful, yet determined, and so much more. It has given me the courage to embrace who I am, both in and out of the ring.
Boxing has shown me the beauty of pushing beyond my limits, of pouring my heart into something I love, and of fighting for my dreams. Along the way, it has given me friendships that feel like family and opportunities I never could have imagined.
In 2021, I took the leap into amateur competition, driven by the passion to test my strength and prove that I belong in this sport. Now, five fights in, I’m proud to share that I’ve won my first national tournament! While competing locally has been challenging due to limited opponents in my weight class, I’m ready to take my skills on the road and face new challenges head-on in tournaments across the country.
This is where I need your help. Preparing and traveling for these tournaments isn’t easy—it involves expenses like travel, hotel stays, and proper nutrition to keep me at the top of my game. Your support, no matter the size, will make a real difference in helping me pursue this dream.
Here are the upcoming tournaments I’m training for:
1. Inaugural Women’s Tournament in Washington - October (Goal reached! Won semi-finals, came up short in the finals but overall an amazing experience and helped qualify me for NATIONALS!!) ⬇️
2. 2024 National Tournament in Virginia - December
I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has been by my side on this journey. Your generous contributions will bring me closer to achieving my goals and inspire others along the way. Thank you for being part of my dream!
