Alyssa Melton is my sister, and she’s been through an incredibly tough year. Seven months ago, she lost the love of her life, and since then, it’s felt like one challenge after another. Her youngest daughter, Adalina, was born a few weeks early and has faced serious complications ever since. Adalina has been in and out of the hospital in Oakland, and Alyssa has had to make countless trips back and forth, all while caring for her two other little girls at home.
The uncertainty around Adalina’s health has been overwhelming. With no clear answers from doctors and no idea how long Adalina will need to stay in the hospital, Alyssa is doing everything she can to provide for her family. The constant travel, medical appointments, and the need to support her other children have put a huge strain on her resources. She’s trying to stay strong for her girls, but the financial burden is growing every day.
I’m reaching out for help because Alyssa and her daughters deserve some relief and hope. The funds raised will go directly toward travel expenses for hospital visits and making sure her children are cared for during this difficult time. Anything you can give will make a difference and help Alyssa focus on what matters most—her family. Thank you for your kindness and support.
