My father, Frank Chappell, suffered from a sudden heart attack on April 20th of 2026 while driving to work. I, his daughter, was with him in the car, sitting in the passenger seat. The car swerved off the road and scraped through countless trees until it came to a full stop in a wooded area.
After struggling for some moments, I climbed out of the car through the backseat and screamed for help, waving at passerby cars to call 911. Both him and I were taken to the hospital, but my father was pronounced dead after several failed attempts to resuscitate him. I was discharged from the hospital, sustaining non-life threatening injuries.
I lost my mother in 2021 during the pandemic, and now my father has succumbed to a heart attack this year. I'm a 21 year old female just getting started in life, and any support helps me and the remainder of my family in this time of dire need. My father was a wonderful man, loved by so many, and a friend to all. He was a passionate pianist and musician, both wrote music and taught music to others, and just carried so much love with him.
