Hi! My name is Alyne Espinoza Mora, and this March, I will be going to Mexico for the very first time. My parents are from Mexico, and they always mention how beautiful the culture is. Unfortunately, they’re unable to travel and visit at the moment. Thanks to Raza United, the Latine student union club at East High School, I’m able to see the world my parents grew up in and get enriched in my culture and history. I want to be able to have a deeper connection with my roots. However, in order for me to have this life-changing experience, I need help to raise money to pay for the expenses.
