An Update on Jeffrey & Alvita

It is with tender hearts that we share that our beloved Jeffrey Harley has gone home to be with the Lord.

He fought with courage. He was loved deeply. And now he rests in the arms of Jesus — whole, at peace, and free.

For those of you who prayed, gave, and stood with Alvita through this season — thank you. Your love was felt in ways words cannot fully express. You helped make sure that Alvita could be present with Jeffrey every single day without the weight of financial worry pressing down on her. That was a gift beyond measure.

But the journey is not over for Alvita.

She now faces the costs of laying Jeffrey to rest with the dignity he deserves, and the quiet, heavy work of rebuilding life after loss.

All remaining funds raised will go directly toward Jeffrey's funeral and burial costs and other expenses for Alvita as she walks through this next season. Every dollar given is still making a real and tangible difference.

Some people walk into your life and make it better simply by being in it. Alvita is one of those people. Many of you already know her—her warmth, her giving spirit, and the way she shows up for others without hesitation. She is one of the most generous, selfless people I have ever had the privilege of calling a friend. She gives quietly, consistently, and without ever asking for anything in return.

Right now, she needs us. Her beloved husband Jeffrey is fighting an aggressive cancer that has spread throughout his body and into his lungs. He is now in hospice care. In true Alvita fashion, she has stepped away from her full-time career to become his full-time caregiver—pouring every ounce of herself into loving him well in this sacred and difficult season. Behind closed doors, the financial weight of this season is real. Medical costs, home care expenses, and the loss of income don't pause for grief. Alvita deserves to spend every moment by Jeffrey's side—not worrying about bills.
