Support Alvida Harris and Kids After Tragedy

Hello, my name is Alvida Harris. I am a single working mother of 2 school-age children. We are currently facing a devastating hardship. We lost our grandmother/great-grandma 2 Fridays ago. Then, 3 days after receiving this news, I got an emergency call while at work that our home was in a fire. Grateful no lives were lost in this fire, but it has left us displaced and nowhere to call home. My 2 kids have been having a hard time adjusting because all they want to do is go home. I am trying to cope and help the kids cope with 2 losses & pick up the pieces of our lives since the passing of our loved one and also looking to provide a safe place we can call home again. I understand we are all faced with challenges, but I am humbly reaching out for help from anyone with an understanding, giving heart who is able to help a neighbor in need.
