Alma wants to work!

In August, Alma found herself at the East Valley Animal Shelter in Van Nuys, CA. It wasn't long before volunteers realized that she had that special something. We tested her on an array of ball drive tests, and she aced them all! We even threw in a few extra tests, and she nailed those too. What does that mean? It means that Alma is a candidate for detection work!

The good folks at Sector K9 think she's a good fit for their Rescue2Resource Program!

Now we need to get this talented girlie from California to Texas in a few weeks.

Help us raise the $950 needed to transport Alma, so she can be on her way to train for a career that helps communities feel safer!

Alma is out of the shelter and being fostered while she waits for her ride.
