Support Almagine Cruz's Battle with Breast Cancer

Hi, my name is Almagine Edna Cruz, a resident of Cayo, Belize. Being 65 years of age, I never imagined I would have heard the C word and now I’ve recently been diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer.

In December of last year I felt a strange lump in my right breast and didn't think much of it. Nevertheless I shared it with my doctor during my regular visits and she immediately urged for a medical examination of my breasts.

Unfortunately, the results came back positive for stage 2 Cancer. I'm also a Widow, suffering from osteoarthritis, heart complications, unable to stand or walk and now breast cancer…

I have been blessed with the support of my family members and friends who aided me during these difficult times with all the medical expenses and emotional support. Now my family and I are being faced with a new medical expense for the Cancer treatment which requires timely and comprehensive medical treatment.

For this reason, I am launching this Gofundme to raise $8,000US for this mastectomy.

This funds will help cover:

● Chemotherapy

● Medical bills & Medications after surgery

● Traveling expenses and after treatments
