Hey all! You may have heard that Ally is starting her teaching job at Putnam City High School this month (Woo yeeah we love that!) What you may not know is that when someone begins a new teaching contract, they do not actually get paid for their work until two thirds of the way through their second month of teaching, which, for her, is September 20th. Unfortunately, life expenses don't vanish just because you get a new contract.

It is nobody's preference to come to the internet with something like this, but money is tight and things still need to be paid for. The goal of this page is to assist her with living expenses for the month that she will have to work without pay. Anything you could give would be an enormous help while she is navigating this strange, but exciting time in her life. As her friend and roommate, I am helping her manage this page while she kicks off the school year.
