Support Ally's Fight Against Cancer

Donation protected
Thank you for supporting Ally through her colorectal cancer journey!

Ally went in for a colonoscopy on July 29th, (her and Jackson's 1 year wedding anniversary), after visiting a GI doctor due to severe stomach pain.
During the procedure they found a large tumor that at first was thought to be in her colon but was later determined to be in her rectum.
The biopsy came back as cancerous and it has been labeled early Stage 3, with some spread to the lymph nodes in the area surrounding her colon.

Due to the tumors size, operation to remove it is not yet an option. Therefore, Ally will begin a series of treatments on August 15th. This will begin with 6 weeks of daily radiation treatments and chemo pills. After that she will begin 8 rounds of chemo infusions for the following 4 months. Depending on the size of the tumor following these treatments a decision will be made on if a full or partial removal surgery is best. We pray that it will have shrunk enough that a full surgery is not needed.

Ally and Jackson's unshakable faith in their Savior has already been on display in major ways! Peace that could only come from The Lord has covered them fully and we are trusting in His plan for Ally's future.

We will continue to post updates and prayer requests and praises to this thread as Ally begins treatment.

Thank you for the outpouring of love that our family has already received, we are thankful for each and every prayer.
