Help Us Support Allison in Her Fight Against Breast Cancer
In late April, Allison discovered a lump in her lymph node and went in for imaging and they wanted to start a mammograms early thats where they found the mass on her breast. Hoping it was just a cyst, she scheduled a biopsy for May 13—just two days after her birthday. On May 14, Allison received the heartbreaking diagnosis: breast cancer.
By May 29, a chemotherapy port was placed, and on June 3, she began her first round of chemotherapy. Everything has happened so quickly, and there’s been so much to process in such a short time.
If you know Allison, you know she’s the first to step up and help others—but asking for help herself doesn’t come easily. She’s strong-willed, independent, and incredibly giving. And if you haven’t met her yet, she’s exactly the kind of person you'd want to have in your life: vibrant, compassionate, and full of heart.
Allison has spent years working in early childhood education, and despite the challenges ahead, she’s determined to keep doing what she loves—nurturing and teaching young children. But cancer treatment is physically demanding, and chemotherapy has weakened her immune system, making it unsafe to be around kids who may be sick. This means there will be many days when she simply can’t work.
The emotional, physical, and financial toll of cancer is immense. That’s why we’re reaching out—to rally around Allison and help ease some of the burdens she’s facing. We’re raising funds to help cover medical bills, monthly living expenses, and lost income from time away from her classroom.
Allison is a fighter, and we know she’s going to beat this. But she shouldn’t have to do it alone.
Whether you’re able to donate, share her story, or send words of encouragement—every bit of support makes a difference. Let’s lift Allison up and show her that she’s not alone in this fight.
Together, we’re stronger. Together, we fight with Allison.
